Homemade Candied Garlic

Homemade Candied Garlic

Overview

In our house, there is a lot of fresh garlic on the market this season, which is the best raw material for pickled sugar garlic! The fresh and tender garlic, marinated in sugar and white vinegar, loses the pungency of garlic. I like eating candied garlic very much. It’s sweet and crunchy, very refreshing, and it relieves boredom!
