Shrimp with smooth egg
Overview
Shrimp are very cheap now. When you have free time, buy some peeled shrimp and put them in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take some out and stir-fry them. It is a quick dish that will be ready in ten minutes. Delicious shrimp saves the time of peeling.
