Cinnamon Rye Bread
Overview
Low fat and low sugar cinnamon rye bread. Olive oil is used to replace the butter used in traditional bread, which greatly reduces the calories. The addition of rye whole wheat flour greatly improves the health and nutritional value of this bread. Cinnamon powder rolled into bread enhances its medicinal properties.

Add milk, sugar, salt, and eggs into the bread machine barrel

Add high-gluten flour, rye flour and yeast, start the bread machine kneading program for 30 minutes

Ferment until it becomes about twice in size

Preheat the oven, put it in the middle rack of the oven, and heat it up and down to 180 degrees for 12 minutes. Spray a little water into the oven before turning it off.
