Overview
The method of making spring cakes is basically the same. The only difference is the way in which the cakes are cooked. They can be steamed or baked. What I made this time was fried spring pancakes that were chewier. Spring pancakes can be used to wrap vegetables and meat, making them a very versatile staple food.
