Condensed milk pumpkin porridge
Overview
A big pumpkin given by my mother in the early stage was finally wiped out by us. It’s not easy. It took almost a month to eat. Fortunately, the weather was cold and I could hold it, otherwise it would have gone bad. The remaining pumpkins were all steamed and made into: pumpkin daifuku, spicy cabbage pumpkin cake, peanut pumpkin cake and condensed milk pumpkin porridge. In fact, I later discovered that I was really stupid - I didn't need to chop the pumpkin into pieces and steam it. Instead, I could cut the pumpkin into random pieces and boil it in a pot or microwave it for a few minutes, then stir it a few times with my multifunctional magic wand, and the thick pumpkin puree would be ready without any trouble~~~
