Prepare the required ingredients.

Prepare a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour, a little baking soda, add water and mix well to form a paste.

Rinse the peanuts and let them sit to drain.

Add the drained peanuts into the batter and mix well.

Pour sunflower oil into a small pot and heat until 30% hot.

Put the peanuts coated in batter into the pot, fry over low heat, and use chopsticks to break them up.

Fry the peanuts until the surface is golden brown.

Remove and drain the oil and set aside.

After the remaining oil in the pot is drained out, add sugar and an appropriate amount of water, simmer over low heat until the sugar melts and turns brown, then turn off the heat.

Add the fried peanuts and white sesame seeds, stir quickly and evenly while it is hot, and be sure to coat each peanut with sugar liquid.

Place on a baking sheet lined with oilcloth, spread out and let cool. When completely cool, seal in a crisper to avoid moisture return.
