Overview

My husband prefers eating kebabs from outside. I feel that the meat outside is not safe. Rat meat or zombie meat always appears. It scares me just thinking about it. So I researched how to make kebabs and tried it with pork first. It seems that the effect is good this time and the taste is quite good. I will try making mutton next time.

  1. Take the marinated barbecue out of the refrigerator and marinate the barbecue for 4-5 hours.

  7. It's ready to be plated and ready to eat. I put some starch when marinating the barbecue, and the barbecue is very tender.
