Steamed Pork Liver
Overview
I was more than 5 months pregnant and went to the hospital for a check-up and was told I was a little anemic. I wanted to buy some pork liver to eat a few days ago. I just had a day off today, so I went to buy some. I remember the pork liver my mother made when I was a kid, it was so delicious. I decided to try it myself, but I didn't expect it to be quite successful.

Steps
-
Soak fresh pork liver in water for half an hour to help eliminate toxins
-
Prepare the ginger and cut it into minced ginger. If you don’t like to eat it, you can cut it into slices. After steaming it, take it out and throw it away.
-
The minced ginger is ready.
-
After soaking the pork liver, soak it in water several times, cut it into large pieces, and then make slits on the liver to enhance the flavor and make it easier to bite when eating. Of course, if you don’t want to eat such a big piece, you can cut it into small pieces and steam it.
-
Cut into pieces and put into a bowl, sprinkle with minced ginger.
-
Pour in water and start steaming in the steamer. I steamed it for about 20 minutes and it was still very tender when steamed.
