Yogurt and red date toast
Overview
Love the smell that fills the house! Taking advantage of my single day off, I consumed homemade yogurt and started kneading the dough~~~~~

Steps
-
First put the yogurt, eggs, sugar, and salt (separately)
-
Add high-gluten flour, cover with yeast, mix and knead
-
Knead the dough evenly until a rough film can be pulled out (it takes about 10 minutes, it feels especially easy to knead with yogurt)
-
Add butter (chopped and softened)
-
Knead in various ways until all the butter is absorbed by the dough, and beat in various ways~~~~~ (about 25 minutes)
-
Just take a small piece of dough to pull out the film
-
Knead into balls and start fermentation
-
Ferment until doubled in size and no shrinkage when poked
-
Divide the exhaust into three parts and let them rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll out into an oval, fold and let rest for 15 minutes
-
Roll into a rectangular shape and spread with chopped red dates
-
Roll it up
-
Prepare them in order and put them into the toast box
-
Let the oven ferment for 60 minutes for a second fermentation until it is 80% full (mine was too full)
-
Cover the lid, preheat the oven at 170° for 5 minutes, then bake the middle and lower racks for another 40 minutes
-
After taking it out of the oven, remove the film and place it on a baking sheet to dry until warm, then store it in a plastic bag
-
The internal structure of this piece is very delicate. There is no red dates in one part, so it is ready to be made into a sandwich
