Yogurt and meat floss cake – less oil version
Overview
I made some homemade meat floss not long ago and it was so delicious. I was thinking of making a cake to go with it. I just started doing it. I am an action person!

Prepare materials, sift flour, separate egg yolks and egg whites

Mix yogurt and corn oil evenly

Pour 1/2 of the batter into the mold and smooth it slightly with a spatula

Sprinkle with homemade pork floss

Add the remaining batter and smooth the surface

Oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down

If you pat the surrounding area of the mold hard, you will see that the cake mold and cake body are separated

Take a tall cup, place the cake mold on the cup, and take off the mold

When the peripheral demoulding is complete, use your hands to approach the bottom and slowly push the cake inward. The cake is demoulded
