Italian fresh cheese
Overview
This Italian dessert is comparable to tiramisu. It is very simple to make and tastes fresh, pure and tender. (For prescriptions, please refer to Jun Zhi)

Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until soft.

Pour the cream, milk and caster sugar into a small saucepan, and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and cook, stirring, to dissolve the sugar.

Turn off the heat and add the gelatine slices to the pot, stirring until dissolved.

Pass the prepared cheese liquid through a sieve.

Serve in a container or pudding cup.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until solid. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
