Steamed garlic eggplant
Overview
This steamed eggplant tastes like barbecue, but is much healthier than barbecue. It’s really good, and my family says it’s delicious.

White eggplant slices and served on a plate.

Chop the garlic.

Put half of the minced garlic on the white eggplant, boil water in the steamer and add it. Steam for 20 minutes.

Take another pot, add more oil, and sauté the other half of the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant.

Add a little salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir-fry and turn off the heat.

Pour the other half of the fried minced garlic onto the steamed eggplant, turn off the heat, remove from the pan and add some chopped green onion.
