Delicious braised pork noodles
Overview
Heat the braised pork prepared in the evening in the microwave. When cooking noodles in the morning, scoop out 2 tablespoons of the braised pork and soup. Only you will know how delicious it is! Keeps you energetic all day long.

Add cooking wine to the pork belly and cut into small pieces

Fry the onions in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown, set aside, and cook the quail eggs.

Add the oil used to fry the onions and stir-fry the diced pork belly over medium heat. Stir-fry the diced pork until golden brown on both sides and press out the oil in the diced pork.

Add 2 small pieces of rock sugar and fry until brown, mix well and add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste
