  1. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt to the paste of 3/4 teaspoon green chili and ginger and marinate the shrimp for about 10 minutes. [If you like crispy food, you can boil the shrimps in boiling water and drain them. 】

  2. Heat the oil, add garlic, scallions or onions, fenugreek and curry leaves and saute until fragrant, about 7-8 minutes.

  3. Add cooked shrimps, coriander and 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder, cumin powder, masala powder and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add shredded coconut meat and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Finally add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry a few times.
