  1. One ripe papaya, cold-soaked jelly slices, and a bottle of pure milk

  2. Cut the papaya at the neck, use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds inside, and then peel

  3. Heat the milk over low heat, pour it into a bowl, add some sugar, put the soaked gelatine slices into the milk, and stir continuously with a spoon

  4. When the milk is slightly cold, pour it into the papaya, cover it with the cut lid, and put it in the refrigerator for more than an hour

  5. Take out the milk and it has solidified well. Slice the papaya horizontally

  6. Then cut into small pieces and serve
