Tiger skin pepper
Overview
Chili pepper is a condiment that is spicy because it contains capsaicin, which can stimulate the taste buds on the tongue, increase appetite and aid digestion. Chili peppers are rich in nutrients, such as vitamin C, carotene (predecessor of vitamin A), iron, phosphorus, etc. These things are of great benefit to human health, but you must eat them properly to obtain these nutrients. For example, wash them before cutting them, do not soak them in water, and do not fry them in the pot for too long. If you fry them for a long time, the nutrients inside will be destroyed.
