Overview

Sushi is something we often eat in Korean cuisine. A few pieces of it cost more than ten dollars, so make it yourself. You can enjoy the taste and atmosphere at home for just a few bucks.

Steps

  1. Spread the eggs into a thick omelette and cut into thick strips. Cut ham into thick strips. Crab sticks are heated through water. Blanch the spinach and squeeze out the water after cooling.

  2. Spread a layer of hot rice flatly, leaving a centimeter margin on the side away from the body so that the rice grains will not be squeezed out when rolling.

  4. Add spinach, ham sausage and crab sticks. All placed in the middle.

  5. Add some pickled mustard, this is my original idea, because I don’t want it to be stained with sauce, adding some pickled mustard will give it enough flavor.

  6. Cut into small sections, hold them upright, and dip them in water while cutting so that the knife will not stick to the sushi and you can cut neatly.

  7. Eat it, the sausage is made of fish sausage, so it won't be too greasy.
