Prepare the all-purpose flour and add a little warm water to dissolve the yeast.

Add the yeast water to the flour, add sugar, and then add pure milk in small amounts.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Let rest for an hour and a half until the dough doubles in size.

Remove the dough and deflate it.

Knead into long strips.

Cut into chunks.

Place on the steaming grid, let it rest for half an hour for secondary fermentation, then turn on high heat to boil the water, then change to medium to low heat and steam for 13 minutes.

After steaming, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then open the lid and take it out.
