-
Prepare the ingredients, break the eggs into a bowl, pick and wash the green vegetables.
-
Slice the sausage and mince the green onions and set aside.
-
Put the pot on the fire. When there are small bubbles at the bottom of the pot, add 1 teaspoon of edible salt, add the shaved noodles, cook until medium cooked and take out.
-
, the cooked noodles are quickly cooled.
-
Pour the beaten eggs into the pot, fry until cooked, set aside, add the chopped green onions and sausages and saute until fragrant.
-
Add the baby greens and stir-fry until evenly distributed.
-
Add the noodles that have been cooled and dried, add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce in turn and stir-fry evenly. (The water content of overcooled noodles must be controlled before frying.)
-
Then add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and half a teaspoon of sugar and stir-fry over high heat for about a minute.
-
Finally add the spicy sauce (Haidilao’s spicy sauce).
-
Stir-fry again and turn off the heat (I use Haidilao hot pot base for the spicy sauce, chili oil, Laoganma, whatever).

Each noodle is covered with thick sauce, looks very appetizing~~~ I will eat it today! !
