Marinate the ribs with a little cornstarch and light soy sauce for 20 minutes.

Mince the garlic and set aside.

Rinse the tempeh and chop it slightly.

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and sauté the minced garlic.

Add black bean sauce and saute until fragrant.

Pour in light soy sauce.

Sprinkle in sugar again.

Finally squeeze in the oyster sauce.

Stir-fry over low heat until sugar melts.

Spread taro on the plate. I bought ready-made taro strips, but you can also buy and cut taro strips yourself.

Top with marinated pork ribs.

Then spread the black bean sauce evenly on the ribs.

Steam over water, 15-18 minutes after the water boils.
