Soak the lotus seeds for more than four hours and take out the green center

Put it into an electric pressure cooker, add water that has covered the lotus seeds, and steam until cooked. (Each electric pressure cooker has different functions, so you have to check the time according to your own pot. Anyway, the more noodles the lotus seeds have, the better)

Add white sugar to the boiled lotus seeds (if you have maltose, add some, it doesn't matter if you don't have it.) Mix well and let cool.
