Boiled pumpkin with yam

In spring, everything revives, and all functions of the body are also growing. Let's make a light and nutritious soup. I use sweet pumpkin and yam, a few slices of red dates, no soup, and the food itself is naturally seasoned.

Used yams and pumpkin. The yam I used is organic yam. Although it doesn’t look very good, it is very delicious. The pumpkin seeds are a very sweet kind of pumpkin.

Peel both pumpkin and yams.

Cut all into hob pieces.

Put it into a small pot and add two red dates. Cut the red dates into slices for easier flavor. Add water to cover the ingredients.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about eight minutes.
