Cold celery and peanuts
Overview
Celery is full of treasures. Its leaves and stems contain volatile substances, which have a unique aroma and can enhance people's appetite. There are many ways to eat peanuts. Spiced peanuts, spicy peanuts, sweet and salty ones all taste very good. The peanuts I made today were neither fried nor boiled nor deep-fried, but blanched in boiling water. It is a light and refreshing cold dish that is completely low in fat and oil.
