Put high-gluten flour, water, salt, sugar, milk powder, and yeast into the bread machine, start the kneading process, and knead until complete using the post-oil method.

Ferment at room temperature until doubled in size, take out the air, divide into three parts and roll into balls, let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough, use a rolling pin to roll it into a long strip, and roll it up tightly.
