Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Add oil to the bottom of a non-stick pan, place the potatoes flat on the surface of the pan, and fry until both sides are slightly brown, then remove and set aside.

Marinate the meat slices with soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, and salt for a while, then put them into the pot and stir-fry them. After they are cooked, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water. Then pour the fried potato slices back into the pot and simmer for a while.

Finally, add the green onions, stir-fry a few times and serve.
