Red dates, sweet meat and lotus root

This is an authentic hometown dish I learned from my mother-in-law. It is only made and eaten during the Spring Festival! I am a sweet person who likes it very much. I made it for my two-year-old little guy and asked him how he felt after eating it. He said: It tastes sweet in his mouth! Haha~

  1. Seal it and place it in the refrigerator. Open and stir it in time to enhance the flavor

  2. After two days, you can put it on a plate and steam it for ten to twenty minutes before eating

  3. Is the meat very transparent? So delicious~

  4. Wash the lotus root and pork and put them in a pot until cooked (you can make more if you like)

  5. Remove and let cool. Slice the lotus root (thinly)

  6. Pork slices (the thinner, the better)

  7. Put it in the crisper and stir it evenly with chopsticks (the lotus root will stick when you slice it, remember to stir it up)

  8. Wash the red dates with warm water and twist the two ends (to facilitate the flavor)

  9. Add brown sugar and white sugar (I like sweet food so I add a lot)

  10. After mixing evenly, spread another layer on top
