Cut the round eggplant three fingers wide and one centimeter thick (make another cut in the middle to reach the skin, do not cut off).

Add salt, chicken essence, garlic and cornstarch to the pork and mince it into minced meat.

Stuff the meat filling into the eggplants.

Fry the stuffed tomatoes in a hot pan until both sides are red, place on a plate and steam for ten minutes.

In another pot, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, monosodium glutamate and cornstarch water to thicken it, then pour it over the steamed stuffed tomatoes.
