Coconut Curry Chicken Wings
Overview
Because chicken wings are my son's favorite, I happened to buy coconut milk and had all the other ingredients available, so I thought of making this coconut curry chicken wings.

Wash the wings, then cut the front side with a diagonal knife, and the back side with a knife in the middle to facilitate the flavoring.

Pour a little oil into the hot pot, add onion, ginger and chicken wings and stir-fry. Add cooking wine and stir-fry for a while.

Add oil, curry, coconut milk and coconut powder, water and sugar, stir well, cover the pot and simmer over high heat. When half of the soup is reduced, add salt and continue to simmer until the juice is reduced.

A plate of crispy and fragrant curry chicken wings was ready. My son ate six of them in a row and said it was so delicious.
