Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce
Overview
I especially like to eat pasta, whether it is Chinese or Western-style pasta. Pasta is a kind of Western-style pasta that my family often makes. I like it to be tough and full of fragrant tomato sauce. It is very simple to make at home. Once you are familiar with it, it feels easier than cooking. . .

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut open the pasta package and take out a handful. (According to your own amount)
-
Boil a large amount of water in a pot, put the pasta in and cook over medium heat, occasionally using chopsticks to break up the pasta to prevent it from sticking. While the pasta is cooking, you can prepare the meat sauce. (Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes)
-
Wash and dice onions.
-
Wash, peel and dice tomatoes.
-
Chop the pork into small pieces, add some salt, onions, chicken powder, and sugar to marinate.
-
Heat the pan and add the butter. When it melts, add the minced meat and stir-fry over high heat until the meat is fragrant.
-
Pour in the onion dices one after another and stir-fry continuously.
-
Then add the tomato diced.
-
Stir-fry until the tomatoes become sandy, add some water and chicken powder, and simmer for a while.
-
Cook until the sauce thickens, then add some tomato paste and black peppercorns, mix well and turn off the heat.
-
When the pasta is cooked, use a strainer basket to scoop it out, rinse it with cold boiled water and drain the water.
-
Serve the pasta in a bowl and pour the meat sauce over it.
