  1. Equip the materials, clean them and set them aside

  2. Put a small amount of water in the induction cooker (one layer is enough), and put the washed clams in cold water. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes until all clams open.

  7. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

  8. Add tofu and shrimps in turn and stir-fry until shrimps turn pink.

  10. Final seasoning: add a pinch of salt (clam soup is salty) and white pepper (for freshness). Bring down a little bit of the soup over high heat. OK~
