Simple version of Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
There are many ways to make sweet and sour pork ribs. Generally, the pork ribs are soaked and fried in oil until golden brown, and then stewed in tomato sauce. My daughter likes to eat sweet and sour pork ribs, but it is easy to get angry. I dare not fry it to make the sweet and sour pork ribs for cooking. Although it is not done well, my daughter likes to eat it and I feel like I have made it successfully!

Prepare materials as shown.

Put water in the pot and put in the cleaned pork ribs.

Rinse the spareribs in water, add ginger slices, cornstarch, light soy sauce and salt to taste.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sugar until it turns golden brown. Remove the ginger slices and sauce from the cooked pork ribs and stir-fry over high heat until golden brown.

Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.

Simmer for about an hour until the ribs are tender and the juice is reduced.

Add the chopped bell peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

Add tomato paste, white vinegar, cornstarch and water to make a sauce, pour in and stir-fry.
