Garlic water spinach
Overview
While shopping for vegetables in the supermarket, I came across some particularly fresh water spinach. My eyes lit up green... I wanted to eat green vegetables, so I bought a handful. When stir-frying green vegetables, I think, just add a little garlic and stir-fry. Just give it a try, haha.
