Overview
My favorite dish since childhood, I never get tired of it, but I forgot to take some photos of the process.

Steps
-
Wash the garlic and cut into sections, put on a plate and set aside.
-
In order to make it easier to absorb the flavor when frying, blanch the garlic in hot water first and wait until the garlic turns green before serving.
-
Wash the pork and cut into strips.
-
Take an appropriate amount of ginger, wash it, peel it and cut it into shreds.
-
Turn on the heat and add an appropriate amount of peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the meat strips and stir-fry until they are eight minutes cooked. Add shredded ginger and continue to stir-fry until the pork turns yellow. Add the garlic and stir-fry. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt and continue to stir-fry. When the oil is half-cooked, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence and continue to stir-fry. When the garlic is cooked, turn off the heat and take out the garlic.
