Vegetarian Three Fresh Pot Stickers
Overview
I remember when I was in junior high school, there was a potsticker shop next to the school, and you could smell the aroma from a distance. Although it is a bit far away from other snack bars, several of our best girls still visit it often. Each person ordered a small plate, and paired it with white rice porridge or the owner's homemade soy sauce. It was really delicious. After eating, I felt full of joy. I went shopping for vegetables in the morning and passed by a store selling fresh noodles. I saw some dumpling skins for sale, so I bought them and paired them with shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, etc. to make a pot of vegetarian pot stickers.
