Clean the grass shark fins.

Fry the shark fin.

Wash the pot and add oil over high heat. Add green onion stems and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until cooked. Add garlic sprouts, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and shark fin until thickened. Drizzle with sesame oil. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
