Longli Fish Fillet in Tomato Sauce

Wash the Longli fish after thawing, and cut into fillets with a razor blade on a raw food cutting board.

Mix the fish fillets with rice wine, black pepper and salt and marinate for about 10 minutes. Wash the broccoli and remove the flowers, leaving the stems for other dishes. Mince the garlic.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little salt, blanch the broccoli, remove and set aside.

No need to change the water, just add the fish fillets and cook them (the color will turn white), take them out and set aside.

Take another pot, heat oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add 3 tablespoons of water.
