Potato stewed chicken wings
Overview
The potatoes, especially the gritty ones, make the stew really delicious! People who don’t want to eat potatoes are really missing out on so much delicious food! Haha😄

Steps
-
The most common item at home is chicken wings. The skin and meat here are thin and easy to absorb, and they taste good! We can still accept it for those who don’t eat chicken! Cut chicken wings into small pieces~
-
Peel and cut potatoes into cubes
-
Onion, ginger, and garlic, chopped for cooking in the morning, a bit wilted at noon😄
-
Add oil to the pot and add a few pieces of rock sugar! I put too much oil this time, so I cook and clean up at the same time. Sometimes I fry the vegetables until they get burnt. 😄 You can’t do two things at once, but a mother’s time is precious. After cooking and cleaning up, she still has to study with her children.
-
Rock sugar melts and changes color
-
Add chicken wings and stir-fry
-
Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add potato cubes and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
-
Fill the soup, if you can add more time, the stickier the potatoes, the tastier!
-
Add salt to the dried soup and turn off the heat and take it out!
-
I stewed it last time and it felt better than this time!
