  3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and garlic until fragrant, add duck and stir-fry, add oyster sauce, fermented bean curd, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little sugar, stir-fry evenly, add pasta water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
