Caipu Wowotou
Overview
Vegetable garden wowotou, when there was not enough food to eat, we dug wild vegetables, mixed them with cornmeal, and steamed them to make us full and resistant to hunger. Nowadays it has become a ranking staple in major hotels as well. (Improved version)

Wash and drain celery leaves.

Marinate it with salt.

Pinch dry the water of celery leaves, add cornmeal and flour, add appropriate amount of sugar and allspice, appropriate amount of yeast and mix it, add water while mixing, and mix well. A little less watery than steamed buns, steamed buns are easier to shape.

Knead the dough and let it rise for one hour.

To shape, pinch a small piece of dough and roll it into a round shape.
