Overview
Today, the school celebrates the annual Children's Day to celebrate this joyful holiday. In addition to preparing small cakes for the children, we also made this fresh fruit vanilla ice cream. Add 30 grams of sugar to the milk and cook over low heat until the sugar melts.

Cook the mixed egg milk over low heat until thick and silky, stirring while cooking to avoid burning the pot. After cooking, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well.

Add 20 grams of sugar to the light cream and beat over ice water until 60% fluffy.

Pour the custard into the whipped cream and mix evenly.

Pour into the pre-frozen ice cream bucket.

Place the base of the ice cream bucket into the oven.

Start the dough mixing process, stir for 20 minutes and the ice cream is ready.

The prepared ice cream is soft ice cream, which can be put into a crisper and frozen in the refrigerator for two hours to make hard ice cream.
