Mushroom pork ribs soup

Overview

Spare ribs cost 12.5 yuan per catty, and crab mushrooms cost 10 yuan per catty. The ribs cost 16 yuan, and the crab mushrooms cost 5 yuan. The pine mushrooms were dried and were given by my parents.

Steps

1. 1 Wash the pork ribs, pine mushrooms, and crab mushrooms, and cut the green onions and ginger into sections and set aside.

   

2. 2 Blanch the spareribs in hot water until they turn white, take them out and set aside

   

3. 3 Put the drained pork ribs, pine mushrooms, onion, ginger and aniseed into a casserole.

   

4. 4 Bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, and simmer for 40 minutes, (long wait...)

   

5. 5 After 40 minutes it will look like this, ready to be cooked. .
