Separate the egg yolks and set aside, mince the garlic.

Add sugar and salt to softened butter and beat until pale in color.

Add egg yolk and beat evenly.

Add minced garlic and mix well.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly.

This is the cut and mixed dough.

Place into a piping bag.

Squeeze into the pattern you like. (This is the second plate. After filling the first plate, I put it directly into the oven. I forgot to take a photo)

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
