Roasted Chicken with Green Pepper and Potatoes

  1. Boil the chicken, cut the peppers into sections, and cut the mushrooms into quarters.

  2. Tear the skin off the chicken to make pan-fried chicken skin. (This is unique to my family because my son doesn’t eat the skin, and the fried chicken oil can be used to stir-fry the chicken. The chicken skin is crispy and crispy.) The chicken tastes great with salt, cooking wine, and thirteen spices.

  7. Place the potatoes on top of the chicken, stir-fry without stirring, pour in boiling water, and simmer over medium heat for half an hour.

  8. Just add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce before serving.
