Pita bread, also called pocket bread, is a very versatile staple food. Just add some vegetables or meat and it can become a delicious delicacy.

Add yeast to warm water and 50 grams of flour, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.

Add olive oil and salt and stir.

Pour in remaining flour.

Knead into a ball and wake up for 60 minutes.

Double in size and fermentation is complete.

Divide into 6 portions.

Roll out into large pieces and heat a pan over medium heat.

Until golden brown on both sides and bulging in the middle.

After drying, cut it into pieces and add whatever vegetables you like in the middle!
