The ingredients I use are raw egg yolks, which need to be steamed in advance. If you use salted duck egg yolks, you can just take them out and use them~

I bought the packaged salted egg yolk and steamed it for about 5 minutes

Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water for about 2 or 3 minutes to remove the beany smell, then take it out and set aside

Crush the egg yolks, adjust the water starch in advance, cut the ham into cubes, and blanch the tofu for later use

Put a little oil in the pot, put down the salted egg yolk and stir-fry over low heat

Then put a small bowl of water (of course stock is better) and cook until the flavor comes out

Put the tofu and diced ham in and cook for a while to neutralize the taste, then add an appropriate amount of salt and white pepper to taste

Finally, add water starch to reduce the juice and serve~
