Purple Sweet Potato Toast Bread
Overview
My photography skills are poor and the process is lengthy~~ I’m a newbie in cooking, so please bear with me

Steps
-
I choose the most common white sugar. The amount is based on your preferred sweetness. If you like it sweeter, you can add more, at least 50g
-
For butter and yeast, I use a professional measuring spoon, so I’m not sure how many grams there are
-
I missed a step here: first pour the milk, butter, eggs, and sugar into the bottom of the bread machine, then add the flour (wet at the bottom and dry at the top)
-
Use your fingers to poke a small hole in the center of the flour and pour the yeast powder into
-
Select the "Toast Bread" menu to make it in one step
-
The biggest advantage of a bread machine is that the dry-to-wet ratio is not very strict, and more milk will not make it sticky
-
Take the dough out when it has doubled in size
-
Roll it into a flat shape and spread it with purple sweet potato puree
-
Roll up
-
Just for styling purposes, cut a few slits on the roll (do not cut)
-
Fold it inward, put it back into the bread machine, and continue the second fermentation
-
After the secondary fermentation is completed, the bread machine automatically controls the time (about half an hour). At this time, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bread, and the bread machine automatically enters baking
-
The toast bread, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, is freshly baked~! It’s just that it’s a bit small, maybe the amount of yeast powder is not enough
-
It’s still very beautiful after cutting into the sandwich~

These layers of shredded bread are no worse than those outside, healthy and delicious
