Sprinkle the plum pork with salt and marinate it for a few minutes, then apply Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, add sliced ginger and marinate it overnight. This is marinated pork plum.

Cut the meat into slightly thicker slices.

Add a little more barbecued pork sauce and ginger slices.

Mix the pork slices with the barbecued pork sauce.

Steam the meat slices in hot water.

Add a little oil and lightly fry the steamed meat on both sides.

Pour the soup into the pot and wait until the juice is reduced.

Collect juice and serve on plate. Don't use too much heat when collecting juice, otherwise it will burn easily.
