Put the chocolate coins or pieces into a piping bag, put it in a tall cup and pour boiling water into it to melt (not just boiled water).

After softening, the temperature of the chocolate sauce is too high and the fluidity is difficult to control. Place it on a marble board and cool it down to about 30-40°C.

Extrude the pattern you want on oil paper.

For complex patterns, draw the base first, and for simple ones, just draw them casually.

It will solidify when it gets cold (put it in the refrigerator when it's hot).

After it dries completely, it separates from the oil paper.
