Overview
Whole wheat bread is popular as a healthy food. Very fragrant black rice noodles. It's also great for making bread. It is rich in nutrients and has many functions. I added some condensed milk, no oil or milk powder, and it tastes very good.

Put black rice flour, wheat flour, white sugar, condensed milk, and yeast powder into a plate.

Add appropriate amount of water and let the dough rise.

Knead the risen dough into a medium-sized dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

After resting, the dough is kneaded again, placed in a baking pan, and fermented into bread again.

Brush the fermented bread dough with egg wash.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
