Sugar hawthorn strips
Overview
The previous hawthorn cake was said to be not sweet enough, so I suddenly came up with a new idea. In my memory, there is a kind of hawthorn strips/slices covered with snowflake-like sugar, which crunches in your mouth. Simply turn this hawthorn cake into hawthorn strips covered with sugar. The method is very simple. Slice the hawthorn cake, dry it in the oven, and then roll it in a pile of sugar. The taste has become sweeter and the texture has become richer. . . . It turns out that this method is quite good.
